Everyone is super friendly, questions get answered right away or get back to me in a timely manner and go above and beyond to get resolved from start to finish. I did some searching before I decided to go & most reasonable affordable place for my car insurance & renters insurance included. A bonus if you are part of the drive safe program, also helps discounts & does go down after awhile you are part of the program (mine has, not sure if its like that for everyone but love the extra perk since everything keeps going up now days) Highly recommend checking into this location and the staff at Renee Ford!! 😊"

"We’ve been customers of this office for over 10 years and, up until recently, had always stayed loyal despite higher premiums because we felt taken care of. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Last April, our daughter turned 16. In May, the office contacted us to ask if she was a licensed driver. At that time, she had not yet passed her test, and I clearly stated I would notify them once she did.
In July, we followed through and contacted the office to add full coverage to her pickup and list her as the primary driver. We received updated insurance cards, and our premium increased...which we reasonably understood to mean everything had been properly processed.
Fast forward to February: our daughter hit a deer, and the truck was deemed a total loss at $14,500. After initially moving forward with the claim, we were then told it would not be covered because she was “not listed as a primary driver.”
This makes no sense. We explicitly contacted the office to add her, accepted the higher premium, and were issued updated insurance cards. If we were trying to avoid paying for proper coverage, why would we have reported that she was the driver in the accident?
This appears to be a clerical error on their end, yet we are the ones being held responsible. After over a decade of loyalty, this situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
